This is probably the most asked question we get.  WAZA is not an acronym as many suspect, but it is instead a Japanese word meaning "technique".  This is one of the underlying philosophies of our club, and that is developing the techniques necessary to allow our players to play at their highest level.  Not only do we foster this belief on the field but we also believe in developing our players "technique" off of the field by teaching them that it is important to carry themselves well on the field as well as off.  One example of how we do this is through one of our philosophy statements; 

"Developing today's youth soccer players...preparing tomorrow's young adults!"
